Visitors are always welcome at the services and activities of the Eastern Shore church of Christ. We'd love to have you come and visit with us at any of our meetings.
Below you will find listed some of the activities of the church, including worship services, Bible classes, Ladies' classes, Youth Groups and more. Visitors are welcome at all of these, so if you'd like to know more feel free to get in contact with us, or just come along! Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are at our building located at 18 Carbeen St., Mornington, Tasmania. |

| Worship Services | ||||||||||||||

| Our worship services are simple but reverent, and they are patterned upon the practice of the early church as described in the New Testament (Rom. 6: 17). We meet on the first day of the week (Sunday) to sing (Eph 5: 19), teach (Acts 20: 7), pray (I Tim. 2: 8), give (I Cor 16: 2) and take the Lord's Supper (Matt. 26: 26-29). You are very welcome to join us as we praise God.
Our worship services are held every Sunday at 9.30 AM and 6.00 PM, at 18 Carbeen St. Mornington. We would love to see you there! |

| Bible Classes for All Ages | ||||||||||||||

||||||||||||||
| We believe that the study of God's Word is important for those of all ages (II Tim. 2: 15). We have Bible Classes each week aimed at all ages, ranging from babies up until adults. Children's classes feature interesting and exciting activities as well as learning about all the great characters of the Bible.
Our classes are held every Sunday at 11.00 AM. In addition there is an adult Bible class or devotional singing held every Thursday night from 7.30 PM. Your child will be made most welcome in our classes. |

| Ladies' Classes | ||||||||||||||

||||||||||||||
| Every Tuesday at 9.45 AM except during school holidays we hold a Ladies' Class at our building at 18 Carbeen St., Mornington. The classes include singing, prayers, lessons and study of the Bible, focusing on those issues which are particularly relevant to Christian women. In addition, the ladies enjoy a cuppa and fellowship together at this time, and occasionally organise special ladies' activities.

| Youth Groups and Activities | ||||||||||||||

| Young people have special needs and interests, and so at the Eastern Shore church of Christ we have groups and activities, held either at our building or at the homes of members of the church, in order to help young people build a strong faith in God (Ecc. 12: 1).
We hold monthly groups for both primary age children and for older youth, as well as occasional activities designed for young people. Contact us for details. - visitors are alwys welcome and we would love to hear from you. |

| Annual Eastern Shore Bible Lectureship | ||||||||||||||

| Every year approx the first week of May (dates may vary) we hold the Annual Eastern Shore Lectures. These lectures include four days of lessons and fellowship centred around a chosen Biblical theme, and feature speakers from interstate and overseas, as well as local speakers from the church.
Visitors both from the local area and from further afield are always welcome at the lectures. You can be assured of a warm welcome and a wonderful time of fellowship and learning. |

| Warana Christian Encampment | ||||||||||||||

||||||||||||||
| Every year in January, in conjunction with the Mersey Bluff and Balfour St. congregations, we hold the Warana Christian Encampment. This is a wonderful week of fellowship, fun and learning held in the beautiful and peaceful setting of the Myrtle Park campground in Northern Tasmania. You will thoroughly enjoy this faith-building and encouraging week.
